In 2016, we got a permit to transform completely an existing building in one of the most famous shopping street in Brussels, avenue Louise.
The project required the demolition of three levels (from the basement to the first floor) to make a brand new shop.
The biggest challenge was to keep the upper floors intact during the construction period.
We had to use structural beams to support the building.
It was really complex but we managed to do it and the result was worth it.
