TWI Projects is an office specialized in Architecture Design, MEP Engineering studies and Safety Security controls on site.

Since almost 15 years, our experience has led us to design and carry out numerous constructions or conversion/renovation projects like houses, apartments, and retails throughout Belgium and Luxembourg.

Whatever the goal, we will pay particular attention to the specific constraints and budget allocated to your project, always with respect for ecology and the concern for harmonious integration of the building constructed in its environment to face the challenges of tomorrow.

Thomas WILLEMS

Trained as a civil engineer and architect, Thomas Willems worked for Assar Architects for 3 years, in particular on the project of the new NATO headquarters, before spending 2 years training in engineering firms specializing in HVAC and MEP studies.

He then set up on his own as an architect and engineer, working for over 5 years with the GH Group real estate group.
He worked on a number of residential and commercial projects throughout Belgium.

In 2022, he set up his own company, TWI Projects Srl, which offers its expertise to both private individuals and professionals in the sector.
Finally, since 2025, he has also offered his services as a real estate agent.
Together with his team, he can offer you support from the initial sketch of your project right through to its eventual sale.
