\nTrained as a civil engineer and architect, Thomas Willems worked for Assar Architects for 3 years, in particular on the project of the new NATO headquarters, before spending 2 years training in engineering firms specializing in HVAC and MEP studies.

\n\nHe then set up on his own as an architect and engineer, working for over 5 years with the GH Group real estate group.
\n\nHe worked on a number of residential and commercial projects throughout Belgium.

\n\nIn 2022, he set up his own company, TWI Projects Srl, which offers its expertise to both private individuals and professionals in the sector.
\n\nFinally, since 2025, he has also offered his services as a real estate agent.
