In 2016, we got a permit to transform completely an existing building in one of the most famous shopping street in Brussels, chaussée d’Ixelles.
The project required the demolition of almost the entire interior of the building to make it brand new.
It was complex to coordinate but very interesting, especially being able to manage this kind of project in the middle of a shopping street.
The result is incredible regarding the state of the building at the beginning.
