In 2018, we started a complete demolition/transformation of a building in Brussels, in the prestigious Louise avenue.
We demolished almost everything and kept only the front facade.
It was really complicated to manage because we had to support the existing roof 6 levels above the basement.
We also had to manage the deepening of the existing party walls to obtain a 4m ceiling height in the basement.
We worked with the Engineers’ office BGS to achieve this feat.
It is a little bit stressful but we were really happy to have been able to offer this sales area at H&M Home in the middle of Louise avenue.
