In 2022, an owner of house in Braine-l’Alleud contact us to ask a permit to renovate completely the building.
The goal was to improve drastically the level of insulation of the house.
We decided to add 12cm of insulation on the facade and to change all the windows. Then we renovate also the terrace with a new aluminium gate.
Inside, all the floors were changed and a new wood staircase was installed. The only change still needed is a new kitchen but the Client decided to postpone the change for financial reasons.
