In 2021, we introduced a new permit application to modify a first permit obtained in 2019.
The goal was to add some roof dormers to have more space in the second floor and be able to create a fourth bedroom.
Finally, the Client decided to let the choice to the future buyer with different kind of design with either a large master bedroom or a smaller one to add a fourth bedroom.
The structural work is now coming to an end, and we are now waiting for the sale of the houses to continue with the interior finishing.
