In 2016, we got a permit to transform completely 3 existing apartments and add a fourth one.
The project required the demolition of everything inside the 4 levels to start from the structural walls.
The challenge was to imagine two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen and a laundry room in the rear space to enable the development of a magnificent living room at the front on the avenue Louise side.
It was really complex but we managed to design them and the result was worth it.
