In 2022, our office was contacted by a new french brand “Lunettes pour tous” to help them to open two stores in Brussels.
They needed our help to introduce a permit application to modify the facades of two buildings to open their first shops in Belgium.
We worked for them to get the permits they wanted and their shops were open in time.
One is located next to “Porte de Namur” in “Chaussée d’Ixelles number 78”, and the second one next to the “Grand Place” in “Rue des Fripiers number 12”.
