In 2018, we started a complete renovation/transformation of a building in Brussels, in the prestigious Chaussée d’Ixelles.
We changed the different floors of the old shop to put a concrete structure more robust than before.
It was not easy because we kept the existing upper floors in the same time.
We also extended the commercial area in the first floor with the creation of a new staircase.
The basement is now used by O’Tacos as kitchen and stock room while the sales area is on the ground floor and the first floor.
